Returns at WINKY
Seriously? You want to return your WINKY gear? What a shame about all the cool drinks you could have enjoyed together. If the setup isn't right for you, we won't leave you hanging: You can return your order within the statutory 14-day period after receipt .
PS: We're currently working on a returns portal to make the process even easier for you soon. Until then, registration is very simple via email.
- Register your return via email
Send us a short email to info@drink winky . To help us process your order quickly, please include your order number and the items you wish to return. - Collect the return label and QR code.
As soon as we receive your email, we'll send you your return label. Don't have a printer? No problem at all. We'll also send you a mobile DHL QR code. Simply show it on your smartphone at the branch, the Packstation, or directly to the DHL delivery driver – DHL will then print the label for you. (Don't forget to check your spam folder in case the email is delayed). - Pack cleanly and securely for transport
Please pack the gear completely, cleanly, and preferably in its original packaging. Make sure everything is well protected to prevent dents during transport. - Off to DHL
Drop off the package at the nearest Packstation, a branch, or directly with your trusted DHL courier. Get the receipt and keep it until the process is completely finished.
Costs & processing fee
We're transparent about the costs: If you use the DHL label we provide, we'll handle the actual return shipping for you. For the warehouse processing and restocking, we charge a fair flat fee of €5.00.
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund amount once your return has checked into our warehouse and our team has checked the items for completeness and condition.
Want to ship it yourself? You can, if you absolutely want to pay the postage yourself. But beware: Never send it collect! The processing fee for inspection and restocking still applies.

The rules of honor for returns
Cleanliness matters: Please return all accessories complete, unused and clean – nobody wants to unpack used leftovers.
Protect the original packaging: Please do not misuse the original packaging as a simple shipping box, but always use a sturdy outer box.
No collect shipments: Our receiving department categorically refuses collect shipments. This only causes unnecessary hassle and additional costs. Simply use our convenient online portal.
