The mixture

This is how the tap works

  1. 1

    Pre-chill ingredients

Chill the whiskey, orange liqueur, sugar syrup and water beforehand so that your drink flows into the glass at the perfect temperature.
WINKY Hack: The colder the liquid, the faster and with finer bubbles the carbon dioxide binds.
  2. 2

    Strain the lemon juice

Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice through a fine bar strainer to filter out all the pulp and keep the tap clear.
  3. 3

    Pour in liquids

Pour the bourbon, triple sec, finely filtered lemon juice, sugar syrup, and cold water directly into your keg.
  4. 4

    Add CO2

Close the keg tightly with the valve head, screw in a CO2 capsule and gently swing the keg back and forth for about thirty seconds.
  5. 5

    Cone and serve

Fill a highball glass to the rim with ice cubes, pour in the drink and decorate it with a fresh lemon slice.
WINKY Hack: A fresh lemon slice placed directly in the glass creates an irresistible aroma with the first sip.
