1
Press the juices and be sure to strain them.
Squeeze the grapefruits and limes. Then, be sure to strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove all pulp. This is the only way to keep the valve of the WINKY keg clear and ensure a perfect cocktail pour.WINKY Hack: Don't throw away the peels! You can use them to cut wonderful zest for later decoration. -
2
Mix the base in the WINKY keg
Pour the tequila blanco, the strained juices, and the agave syrup into the clean 2-liter WINKY Cocktail Keg. Stir well with a long bar spoon until the agave syrup is completely dissolved.WINKY Hack: The syrup dissolves best if the tequila and juices are still at room temperature when mixed. -
3
Perfectly balanced & cool
Now add the remaining 450 ml of still water to reach the exact 2-liter mark. Seal the keg tightly and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight).WINKY Hack: The still water is extremely important! Because the double-walled stainless steel keg is so well insulated, no ice melts inside. The water simulates the necessary meltwater that would otherwise be produced during shaking. -
4
Carbonizing, corking & decorating
Pressurize the ice-cold WINKY keg with the CO2 capsule (this creates the wonderful bubbles of the Paloma). Fill glasses with ice cubes, optionally add a tiny pinch of salt directly to the glass, and pour the Paloma fresh. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.WINKY Hack: A thin rim of salt (Fleur de Sel) on the glass looks extremely high-quality and takes the sweet and tart aromas of the pink grapefruit to a new level!
