This is how the tap works
-
1
Prepare the ingredients
Chill the Prosecco, soda water, and aperitivo thoroughly beforehand. Squeeze the blood orange juice fresh and pour it through a fine bar strainer to ensure no pulp residue interferes with the dispensing mechanism. -
2
Fill keg
Carefully pour the strained blood orange juice, the rosemary syrup, the aperitivo, the soda water and the prosecco into the keg one after the other. -
3
Build up pressure
Screw the tap head tightly onto the keg and insert a CO2 capsule so that the Spritz has the ideal effervescence and is under optimal pressure.WINKY Hack: After inserting the capsule, gently swirl the keg two to three times to ensure the carbon dioxide is evenly distributed in the drink. -
4
Freshly tapped
Fill large wine glasses with plenty of clear ice cubes, pour in the deep red Spritz and garnish each drink with a fresh slice of blood orange and a sprig of rosemary.
